Founders
Paul Mangiamele, Ph.D.
Co-Founder
Paul brings 18+ years of experience shipping production AI and healthcare products. He studied Computer Science as an undergrad, specializing in Machine Learning and Computer Vision, and holds a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University.
At AWS Applied AI, Paul led Health AI initiatives and built 4 AI products in 3.5 years. He pioneered the first LLM and Agentic-powered scientific platform at Amazon and reduced prototype cycles from 28 days to 5 days.
His work includes FDA-cleared products (NAVIFY Mutation Caller) and 12+ peer-reviewed publications spanning AI/ML, genomics, bioinformatics, and precision medicine.
Cedric Snell
Co-Founder
Cedric brings deep technical expertise from his experience at Amazon Web Services and IBM, where he served as a global trainer helping teams worldwide adopt complex technical systems.
At AWS, Cedric developed expertise in cloud architecture and technical support engineering, working with enterprise customers to solve challenging technical problems at scale.
His combination of technical depth and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences is instrumental in building products that real people can use.
